In order to strengthen the implementation quality and improvement effect of HSE, SEC set up dedicated HSE Management Office, using mobile APP to implement Walking Around management, and encourages the Near Miss Incident Reporting, with a view to preventing incidents before they happen; held ISO management system auditor courses and other HSE trainings to enhance HSE awareness and establish an excellent safety, health and environmental culture; in addition, to implement health promotion, activities such as smoking cessation and weight self-management were also held, and the healthy workplace certification - Healthy Start Label was also obtained.

Due to the efforts of colleagues to implement together industrial safety and create a safe and friendly working environment, we pass the certification of Taiwan's occupational safety and health management system and conform to international standards. Obtaining TOSHMS certification is an important milestone in safety, Health, and Environment.
